Past, current and new Small Parts, Inc. customers must create a new account to checkout with the new website for the first time.  Creating an account is quick and simple; you will be prompted upon clicking on the checkout button. 

With your new SmallParts.com account you can easily manage all orders placed on or after July 22, view order history, engage in My Projects and much more.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order Placed Before The New SmallParts.com Launch?

We can help you with the status of an order placed before our new site launch--before July 22.  Simply contact customer service via e-mail or by calling 800-220-4242 with your nine-digit order number and we will provide you with the information you need.  Please note that 17-digit order numbers are only applicable to orders placed with the new SmallParts.com.

If you placed your order on or after July 22, you can view your orders status online by clicking on View Orders in My Account.
