Return Policy

At Small Parts, Inc., our return policy is simple: If we are in error regarding your order, we promise to correct your order promptly and without charge. We have a few rules for returns:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product.  Returns postmarked beyond 30 days of receipt of product will not be accepted.
  • We cannot accept returns or cancel orders for Special Orders or Bulk Orders items that were modified per your instructions.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns regardless of reason. If the return is not a result of a Small Parts, Inc. error, the return will be subject to original shipment and return shipping charges.
  • Many of our cut-length products have dimensional characteristics and as such will carry the manufacturer or industry-accepted tolerances. Typically these tolerances are based on the blade size of the cut. Returns are not accepted for products that fall within the industry-accepted tolerances.

Returns can be made in just a few simple steps:

  • Print and cut out the Return Form
  • Fill out the Return Information Sheet portion and include it inside your return shipment.
  • Fill out and affix the shipping label portion to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Replacement Parts

For replacement of a defective or missing item, contact our Returns Department at 800-220-4242 or email us. Be sure to include your:

  • Order number
  • Part number
  • Specific reason for needing a replacement (wrong item received, damaged item, missing item)
