Return Policy
At SmallParts.com, our return policy is simple: If we are in error regarding your order, we promise to correct your order promptly and without charge. We have a few rules for returns:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Returns postmarked beyond 30 days of receipt of product will not be accepted.
- We cannot accept returns for hazardous items. These items include liquids, adhesives, glues and pastes (some specific examples are WD-40 and Loctite liquid adhesives).
- There is no restocking fee for returns regardless of reason. If the return is not a result of a SmallParts.com error, the return will be subject to original shipment and return shipping charges.
- Many of our cut-length products have dimensional characteristics and as such will carry the manufacturer or industry-accepted tolerances. Typically these tolerances are based on the blade size of the cut. Returns are not accepted for products that fall within the industry-accepted tolerances.

- Fill out the Return Information Sheet portion and include it inside your return shipment.
- Affix the shipping label portion and the correct postage to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
Replacement Parts
For replacement of a defective or missing item, contact our Returns Department at 800-220-4242 or email us. Be sure to include the following:
- Order number
- Part number
- Specific reason for needing a replacement (wrong item received, damaged item, missing item)
